The Washington Defender Association — a nonprofit serving Washington's public defenders — needed a modern front end and a stronger back end for their popular membership site. We overhauled the design with a clean, brand-forward look, streamlined a dense library of resources, and built custom account management and a document system that now supports 1,400+ paying members and thousands of downloadable resources.
